This version is from the "Live at Pompeii" film done in 1972. The original "Black Strat", a 1969 sunburst Stratocaster repainted with a black finish appears here prior to neck replacement and tremolo bar modifications were done. David bought the guitar at Manny's Guitars in New York in 1970.
